President
Michael Needham
Michael and his beloved wife, Tracy and their four children live in the town of Nassau. Michael has been involved with youth locally, for a number of years. He has acted as a Cubmaster, Scoutmaster, and Troop Chaplain in the local scout troop, and is currently the Youth Director for the town. He is a member of Grace United Methodist Church and Amvets through Chandler Young Veterans Association. He is also involved in prison ministry as a mentor for incarcerated men. Michael is currently working on his doctoral studies on issues related to poverty. Michael is a safety and health professional who owns a local company, Needham Risk Management. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking and refurbishing antique axes.
Secretary
John Imhoff
John moved to the Village of Nassau in 2015 with his wife and sons. John works as an Environmental Health and Safety professional at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals in Rensselaer. In addition to the time he devotes to his family and work, John’s pastimes include being an Assistant Scoutmaster with Nassau’s Boy Scout Troop 166, building knives in his workshop, keeping bees, and fishing when the opportunity strikes.
Treasurer
Lori Clark
Lori Clark is a native of the Village of Nassau. She is employed by New York State as a Project Manager in the Energy Affordability and Equity team with the NYS Energy Research and Development Authority. Lori is passionate about bridging the gap in access to clean energy solutions, social service programs, improving social outcomes and affordable housing for low to moderate income and disadvantaged communities. Lori serves on various boards/committees, including the Nassau/Schodack Cemetery Association, Village of Nassau’s Youth, Beautification and Bicentennial. Lori volunteers at the Nassau Resource Center and is Treasurer of the Nassau Reformed Church. Lori enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dogs at her lake house.

Joseph Gil
Joe is one of the newest members to the Nassau Community Connections committee. He has brought his expertise in Graphic Design, Web Design, Social Media, Marketing, and Writing to help the organization. Originally from Long Island, Joe currently resides in the Village of Nassau. He is the author of two novels When he’s not writing, he is golfing, traveling, and leading his brand and graphic design strategy business JG3.
Case Management
Dr. Mike O’Leary
Dr. Mike O’Leary retired as Director of Community Services for Columbia County on June 30, 2010. He had been affiliated with the Columbia County Department of Human Services since 1981, first as Clinical Director of the Mental Health Center and since 1997 as Director of Community Services. As Director, Dr. Michael O’Leary appreciated the complexities of individuals in his care and accepted the obligation of providing the best services within the mental hygiene framework; he worked as an advocate and supported family and consumer involvement through NAMI, provider advisory groups and self help organizations. A resident of Nassau, New York, Dr. Michael O’Leary earned his Master’s degree in Social Work from Syracuse University and his Doctorate from Adelphi University. He has conducted research and published articles on topics related to pretherapy training as well as the impact of managed care on services to the mentally ill.

Dana Salazar, Esq.
Dana is a long-term resident of Schodack, just outside the Village of Nassau. She is an attorney with a practice in East Greenbush and raises Gotland sheep.
Reverend Edward L. Van Kampen
Reverend Kampen, Minister of Word and Sacrament (Pastor), Nassau Reformed Church. Reverend Ed was formerly Minister at Stuyvesant Reformed Church; past president of the Columbia-Greene Classis, Reformed Church in America and past member of its executive committee. Reverend Ed taught in area high schools and served as Youth Director of Rensselaer County Cooperative Extension. He lives happily with his wife Janet Beverly Burns Hail Van Kampen.
